Race as a declaration on applications should not be allowed except where it is prudent and/or applicable to any Critical Medical Issues inherent with the Race In Question. On Such Applications, if there is no RACE DECLARATION, then there is NO PREDISPOSED RACISM!

When it comes to *IDENTITY* and *GENDER* declarations, you can only Identify as the Gender shown on your BIRTH CERTIFICATE! And, TransGender is noted as a Modification of YOUR DECLARED GENDER!
