"COCINA 518 " SIGNATURE DISH...CHORIZO BREAKFAST/LUNCH TACOS!

Yesterday's Lunch.. 

Scrambled eggs with pan fried chorizo, grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo, all on buttered corn tortillas!! Eggs are fluffy because they're cooked with sour cream, cilantro, garlic salt, black pepper, and onion slivers. I was stuffed after eating just three, so that leaves me one in inventory LOL!  Now Gone!!!
