The New Journey Begins Today!
Well, I just deposited my last claim check from Progressive Insurance for my Emergency Living Expenses which were necessitated by my Displacement caused by Hurricane Helene. It has been over Three (3) Months since that harrowing night 09/26/2024, but Fernando, My Trusted Cat & Companion, and myself will spend our FIRST NIGHT TONIGHT in our New Home, Estates At Countryside in Clearwater, Florida!
I will not go into ALL the trial, tribulations, letdowns, incompetence, etc., that I have endured during this NIGHTMARE, but suffice it to say, THERE HAVE BEEN MANY ON ALL FRONTS. With that said, the ONLY TOTALLY SMOOTH EXPERIENCES that I have had were with (1) Progressive Insurance and my Claims Agent, Skylar Mitchell...A REAL GENTLEMAN; and (2) the MANY FRIENDS Who Went Out Of Their Way To Provide Their Time/Help To Facilitate A Smooth Transition; (3)The Entire Staff at Sun Retreats (Dunedin RV Resort) aka Marie, Cindie, Kevin, Tracy, Miguel, etc...I Will surely miss them as well as the MANY Friends/Acquaintances that I met while staying there over the years!!
I must say, the level of Professionalism Compassion, & Competence has severely suffered since my Heyday At Artesia Waters, Inc. Sadly, the MAJORITY of my experiences/business dealings during this ORDEAL were not PLEASANT, nor PROFFESIONAL! With that said, at this time, I will NOT mention names, but you ALL know who you are, and you are probably reading this if I did my DUE DILIGENCE Correctly and REMEMBER, KARMA & THE VARIOUS INTERNET COMPLAINT SITES ARE ON MY SIDE...NOT TO MENTION, THE FORIDA DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT!!

In closing, when I consider ALL the folks who suffered more than I during Consecutive Hurricanes Helene & Milton, some losing THEIR LIVES...I FEEL/AM TRULY FORTUNATE!
